Restorative Chair Yoga (Session #1)

Service Description

This is a gentle, restorative chair yoga class where we will focus on holding some of the poses longer to get the full benefit of the stretch both physically and mentally. We will remain seated in the chair and use yoga belts and stretch bands to enhance our practice. This class will incorporate movement practices to safely stretch and strengthen the body while improving balance in a safe and fun way. Social hour to follow with coffee/tea. Come exercise, have fun, and connect with your community members. *all of my classes are taught from a therapeutic lens that is pain informed, trauma informed and pays attention to proper alignment based on the most current science research. My classes are kept small to allow individual attention to all participants. Testimonial: "Always wanted to try yoga and chair yoga was a perfect way to ease into it.
